THE ORIGIN STORY
Where it all started
I remember the first photo I took: I was eight years old and it was Christmas. An already magical time of year made even more special by the gift of a camera. I was so excited to use it.
I marched my family outside, clutching my magic little device and I ordered them to stand in front of our house while I froze time…and that was it, I was hooked! I’ve been documenting life from that moment on. I’m less forceful nowadays but I’m never far from my camera and still think it’s a thing of pure and utter magic; or at least it helps me capture moments that are.

THE PLOT TWIST
Covid, a baby and starting a business
What a mad time to live a dream. Although I’d photographed friends weddings for years, with the world ‘paused’ and experiencing motherhood for the first time Covid wasn’t the best time to start a business but if not now when.

FAST FORWARD TO NOW
Which brings this little story right up to date
Two mini beasties and a house full of joy. I’ve never felt more of a need to preserve the magic happening all around me. Not just for my own family either. It might be.a moment between a mother and daughter that captures my attention when I’m walking down the street, the look between a couple as they sit across from each other in a coffee shop , or my own everyday. I’m never far from a camera.

Skiier in the winter and dreams of being a summer surf bum when the long days come around. It’s safe to say she’s loves nothing more than being in nature. Beach, before hills but both have a special place in her heart.
She believes nothing is too small to be called an adventure, which results in multiple adventures a day and a zest for life that’s infectious.

Loves coffee (especially when trying to come up with content ideas or fuelling her edits). Habitually found with a cup of the hot stuff in hand.
Always got a half finished creative project on the go, much to the hubby’s delight – “sorry, I’ll tidy up later, promise”.
